Terms and conditions for inspection of computer faults:

An inspection fee will apply for the diagnosis of the issue and providing a quote for the cost of the repair. If the quote is accepted, the repair will proceed. If the quote is not accepted, the inspection fee must be paid in full before the computer is released. If the computer is deemed beyond repair after the quote has been accepted, there will be no inspection fee. Please note that an inspection fee will not be charged unless the device has liquid damage or if it has been mentioned beforehand. Repairs carried out by us will come with a 90-day or 12 month warranty depending on the parts replaced. These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
